Free Shipping Within the United States

Arkan Home offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

In-stock items: Ship within 2-3 business days
Large vanities (freight): May require 3-5 business days for processing

Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Freight items (large vanities): 5-10 business days after dispatch
Tracking information sent via email once your order ships

Shipping Methods

Smaller items ship via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx). Larger vanities and countertops ship via freight with curbside delivery. Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment.

Packaging

Every item is carefully packaged with protective wrapping, foam corner guards, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes for freight items — a physical address is required.

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@arkanscents.com with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or return at no cost.
