30-Day Return Window

If a product does not work in your home, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free for standard-size items.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at info@arkanscents.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will send a return shipping label and instructions
• Pack the item in original packaging if possible

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refund issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order items (unless damaged)
• Items that have been installed and used
• Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost.
